Recent research has shown that empirical evidence for globalization of corporate innovation is very limited and as a corollary the market for technologies is shrinking. As a world leader, it's important for America to provide systematic research grants for our scientists. I believe strongly there will always be a need for us to have a well articulated innovation policy with emphasis on human resource development. Thank you.

Woah, where did that come from? Sorry about my prolonged hiatus. I have been quite busy sleeping. And, on top of that, when I wasn't sleeping I was too tired from staying up all night sleeping.

Mommy and daddy left me for a week! I was so scurrd, but uncle Dave and auntie Nicole took such good care of me! Well...they took some training, but they figured it out in the end. LOLOL, you should have seen it, they thought that they could keep me off the bed at night...we can all guess how that turned out. Lets just say...Manders had a nice comfortable spot at the foot of said bed. All jokes aside, I would like to thank them for the great time. They took great care of me.

Cousin!!!

Hey yall,

So my auntie and uncle Julie and Jed had a baby. That would make me the proud cousin of one such C. Samuel P. What a pretty name for such a pretty baby. I cant wait to sniff at him some time.

Nighttime comes like a thief in the night, and I drift away into the blessed land where the treats require no begging, the belly is always scratched and the cuddles be plentiful.

Heys Yalls,

Everyone threw a surprise party for me this weekend, it was so much funs! Except these other dogs crashed it and kept sniffing me and stuffs. No worries, I was still the cutest and prettiest puppy of them all!

So, daddy and mommy bought me these things called doggie stairs to let me get up on the futon. They are pretty confuzzling, but I think I got the hangs of them now. First your front feet on the first stair, then the second stair, then the third stair. Then you put your back feet on the first stair. This lets me smell and paw at the futon. If I want to get on it...I stop here, flip around, and simply have to try to back up until I am cuddling with my mom! Boy, those things are great.
